We are offering a 6 month ICD-10-CM and CPTcoding program from coder's perspective. These classes will teach you the fundamentalsofICD-10-CMand CPT coding along the refresher classes in Anatomy & Physiciology, Medical Terminology and Pharmacology. At the end of the coding classes you will take a coding certification prep class to sit for the CPC and/or CCA exam.
Students will get hands-on experience in coding actual documents and gutted charts both paper and online. You will learn how to code remotely and using an encoder to post codes to accounts for billing. By the end of the training you would coded hundreds of accounts. This will give you a glimpse into what coding in a facility, hospital and physician's office is like
Once you have successfully completed the coding education and training, we will assist students with finding a job in coding. We offer employment leads and assistance with job preparation.
